Reflexology is a age-old art of a preventative holistic healthcare treatment performed on the feet. Its roots stem back over 4000 years and it has the ability to treat the body as a whole and not just in isolation.
During the course you will learn to activate the natural healing powers of the body using the long established principle that there are energy zones that run throughout the body and reflex areas in the feet that correspond to all the major organs, glands and body parts.
Reflexology is a deeply relaxing treatment that helps restore the equilibrium to the body and mind.
At Zen Touch Therapy Academy we are happy to accommodate your learning at your pace every step of the way so you can choose if you would like to learn your reflexology diploma over an intensive week, or 1 weekend a month over three months or somewhere in between.
No previous experience required – great for a complete beginner or as an add on for an experienced therapist.
